Anthony Adams played NFL football for nine years, spending extended time with both the San Francisco 49ers and Chicago Bears. So, the former defensive tackle knows a thing or two about what goes on inside an NFL locker room.

With that in mind, soak in the glorious spectacle that is Adams spoofing the different types of personalities inside a locker room before games.

Personally, this scribe particularly enjoyed “The Introvert” and “The Guy Who Posts Serious Inspirational Quotes.” But to each his/her own.

On a different note, Adams should consider teaming up with the guys over at Dude Perfect, who have spoofing athlete stereotypes down to an art form.
