It’s a big week for Tiger Woods. Thursday will mark his return to the PGA Tour at the Farmers Insurance Open. Woods also announced on Twitter that a big decision will be announced on Wednesday.

The specific picture posted certainly hints that Tiger may be announcing what driver he’ll play. Since Nike disbanded its golf equipment department, Woods has signed on to play Bridgestone golf balls. But essentially everything else as it relates to equipment is up in the air.
It’s also possible that Tiger could be announcing more events on his 2017 schedule. At this point, we know that he’ll play the Farmers Insurance Open, the Omega Dubai Desert Classic, the Genesis Open, and The Honda Classic. But that only takes us through the end of February.
The smart money is on a club announcement, specifically with the driver. But at this point, we can only speculate and dig for hints.
