WATCH: Jabrill Peppers hits OSU fan in the face after double-OT loss

Jabrill Peppers

Michigan’s all-world, jack-of-all-trades superstar Jabrill Peppers might be in some serious trouble after hitting an OSU fan in the face Saturday.

Following the 30-27 double-overtime loss to Ohio State, Peppers was on the field still as the Buckeyes were greeted by their adoring fans, one of which ended up getting in Peppers’ way.

That’s when this happened.

We can all understand why Peppers would be emotional after losing such an important game. But there is no place in sports for this kind of action. Even if the fan was being antagonistic, it’s up to the player to have better judgement that that.

Jim Harbaugh’s Heisman candidate will have to answer for what he’s done. Though it’s worth pointing out that Harbaugh himself had some anger issues that could have had an impact on the scoreboard to begin with (more on that here).

Michigan, with two losses now and without a chance to play in the B1G Championship Game, might just be on the outside looking in when the College Football Playoffs are contested in January. This incident just adds insult to injury.
