In the land of the odd, hilarious and downright ridiculous. That’s the only way to explain the Washington Redskins taking to the legal system in order to force former Pro Bowl linebacker LaVar Arrington from using the term “Redskin great” in relation to marketing himself.
What?
How funny get a cease and desist call from @Redskins lawyer today don't use Redskins Great or a pic of me in a uniform lol 😉 HTTR

For what it’s worth, the Redskins took issue with Arrington’s use of the term in this flier.
Here's the flyer guys sign up today learn how to tackle from a @redskin great 😉 pic.twitter.com/YJvdxOfLcG

Maybe Washington should focus more on fielding a competitive football team after winning three games a season ago, instead of trolling one of the better players that has actually put on a Redskins uniform during the Daniel Snyder era.
Hey @Redskins you won 3 games last year maybe you should send cease and desist letters around @Redskins Park lol smh
