Always a friend to the sports industry, comedian Will Ferrell revived his impersonation of legendary Chicago Cubs announcer Harry Caray during Monday night’s The Late Show with David Letterman.
One of the greatest comedians of this era, Ferrell absolutely slays this character every time he embodies the late, great Caray.
This time was no different:
One of the best things about Ferrell, whenever he dons the hat of another, is that he never, ever (and we mean never) breaks character. It’s been a long while since he brought out his Caray bit, and we couldn’t be more thrilled that he finally dragged it out of his broom closet.
He’s a brilliant impersonator, and we hope he keeps this particular impression in his back pocket for years to come.
