Sage Surratt

Going against his big brother on the national stage, Wake Forest receiver Sage Surratt is showing up huge in the first half.

Surrat got way behind his coverage on first-and-10 from his own 49 yard line, and quarterback Jamie Newman got just enough behind the throw to make North Carolina’s defense pay.

This was Surratt’s fourth catch of the night, bringing him to 119 total yards with less than 18 minutes gone by in the game. That’s what we call making a statement.
