We saw on Monday against the Buffalo Bills that Tom Brady is willing to throw a block. But it’s also clearly not something that he should make a habit out of doing.
On a reverse to Julian Edelman, Brady decided to try and block Buffalo’s Lorenzo Alexander. He did get in Alexander’s way, but ended up on his backside because of it.

The Bills, meanwhile, had their running backs acting like quarterback. We suppose it’s only fitting that the Patriots would also get a little weird and have Brady acting like a fullback out there.
Edelman did pick up a first down on the play and Brady certainly helped spring him. But we’re not expecting to see much more of this from Brady.
