It didn’t take veteran center Andrew Bogut too long to make an impact in his return to the Golden State Warriors after a near three-year hiatus.

Just recently signed off the street, the former No. 1 overall pick got the starting nod for Golden State against the San Antonio Spurs Monday evening. This just so happened to coincide with DeMarcus Cousins’ minor injury and unavailability for Monday’s game.

Within the first 10 seconds, Bogut was called for an illegal screen. But immediately after that, he connected with Stephen Curry on this absolutely beautiful alley-oop.

Check it out.

Talk about not taking long to make an impact. Bogut, 34, last suited up in the NBA for one game with the Cleveland Cavaliers back in 2017-18.

He was a member of the Warriors’ initial 2014-15 championship team before being shipped off following the 2015-16 campaign to make room for Kevin Durant.

It’s now all come full circle.
