As if it were a microcosm for how the entire game went Saturday, St. John’s guard Shamorie Ponds got rim-stuffed on a dunk attempt in the second half.
Ponds had nobody in front of him as he pulled out in front on a fast break. He rose up, went to slam the ball home, only to get rejected in the most savage way.

The Red Storm hung tough with Duke for much of the first half. However, after being poked in the chest a few times, Zion Williamson woke up in a big way, and the rout was on.
