The NFL’s quarterbacks have given us some terrible throws over the years. Even so, Ryan Tannehill threw one on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals that may stand out above the rest.
Tannehill threw a pass intended for Jarvis Landry. Unfortunately for the Miami Dolphins, the pass landed nowhere near Landry. Even worse, the ball went backwards.
The wet ball is definitely playing tricks on two teams used to playing in warm climates. Arizona and Miami combined for six turnovers in the first half.
The good news for the Dolphins is that the ball went out of bounds. Unfortunately for Miami, it still resulted in a 21-yard loss.
