WATCH: Lakers’ LeBron James gifts daughter a house for her sixth birthday

The all-time great is now adding to his real estate portfolio. However, it's now what you think.

Life is good for four-time NBA champion LeBron James days after he led the Los Angeles Lakers to their first NBA Finals title in a decade. We already know King James has his hands in a ton of business opportunities in Southern California.

The all-time great is now adding to his real estate portfolio. However, it’s now what you think.

Returning home to the Los Angeles Area after his trek to Walt Disney World in Orlando for the remainder of the NBA season, James surprised his soon-to-be six-year old daughter, Zhuri, with a custom house in the backyard of the star’s Brentwood mansion.

It’s something else.

This mini house includes what appears to be a play kitchen, study room, custom flooring and a whole lot more. It’s probably the size of a home that most of us couldn’t even afford in that neighborhood. Did we mention that Zhuri is about to turn six years old? Must be nice.

As for LeBron, it was just back in September that he purchased a $37 million mansion in Beverly Hills from the estate of late-great soap opera showrunner Lee Phillip Bell.

That property is something else, too.

  • 13,500 square-foot property
  • 2.5-acre plot
  • Seven fireplaces
  • Two separate detached houses
  • A pool house with two bathrooms (where’s Kato Kaelin when you need him?)
  • Lighted tennis court
  • Screening room
  • Eight bathrooms
  • Private pool
  • Wine cellar
  • Game room
  • Gym

It’s not yet known whether James will next gift his oldest son, Bronny, a home of his own when he turns 17 in October. We wouldn’t put it past the reigning NBA Finals MVP.
