Cincinnati Reds catcher Curt Casali had an extra-base hit in his sights. Then Detroit Tigers center fielder Jacoby Jones robbed him blind.
Jones, running like the wind to deep center field, made a stunning leaping catch at the wall, slammed into it and tumbled down before popping back up again and throwing the ball back to the infield to hold the runner at first.
Just a tremendous effort that surely saved a run and sent Casali packing back to the dugout with nothing but an incredibly long out to his credit.
