WATCH: Eagles fan burns Carson Wentz jersey after loss to the Dolphins

The struggling Philadelphia Eagles gave up 37 points to the Miami Dolphins in a horrible loss on Sunday.

Their defense made the combination of DeVante Parker and Ryan Fitzpatrick look like a Hall of Fame duo en route to moving to 5-7 on the season.

Despite these issues on defense, at least one Eagles fan is blaming quarterback Carson Wentz for the loss.

Check out said fan legit burning a Wentz jersey and telling the young signal caller to retire.

Philly fans are known for overreactions and treating their stars like crap. But this takes that whole thing to an entirely new level. Wentz completed 28-of-46 passes for 310 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in the loss.

Part of me wonders how much liquid courage might have been involved here. After all, the dude is wasting his own money by burning a jersey he likely spent well over $100.00 on.

To each is own.

As it relates to the Eagles, they are still only one game behind the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC East.
