Vitality, FaZe Clan move to final at BLAST Premier: World Final

Team Vitality and FaZe Clan each recorded a sweep on Saturday to advance to the grand final of the BLAST Premier: World Final 2023.

Vitality dispatched Natus Vincere following a 13-5 win on Anubis and 13-9 victory on Inferno.

Dan “apEX” Madesclaire had 36 kills and fellow Frenchman Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut had a plus-17 kills-to-death differential for Vitality, who will square off against FaZe Clan in a bid for the $500,000 first prize at the $1 million Counter-Strike 2 tournament in Abu Dhabi on Sunday.

Natus Vincere was paced by the Ukraine’s Valeriy “b1t” Vakhovskiy (28 kills) and Finland’s Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen (plus-1 kills-to-death differential).

FaZe Clan toppled MOUZ by posting 13-11 wins on both Mirage and Overpass.

Norway’s Havard “rain” Nygaard notched 37 kills and Slovakia’s David “frozen” Cernansky had a plus-10 kills-to-death differential for FaZe.

MOUZ was paced by Israel’s Dorian “xertioN” Berman (37 kills) and Hungary’s Adam “torzsi” Torzsas (plus-7 kills-to-death differential.
