NFL Hall of Famer and Fox Sports broadcaster Troy Aikman showed his generosity in a big way with a formidable donation to a Dallas-area preschool.

As Mike Leslie of WFAA in Dallas noted, Aikman donated $100,000 overall to Mi Escuelita preschool, mandating that $25,000 of that money must be spent on Christmas presents so that every child would have a gift under their tree.

There are a ton of feel-good stories going on this time of year around the NFL. This is just one of many. But that doesn’t in any way diminish how awesome Aikman’s gesture is for this school and the children that attend it.

Aikman’s generous donation will insure those young people will get the opportunity to feel special on Christmas morning — something they may have otherwise not been able to experience.
