T1 defeat JD Gaming, advance to grand final of Worlds

T1 posted a 3-1 win over JD Gaming on Sunday to earn a spot in the finals of the 2023 League of Legends World Championship in Busan, South Korea.

South Korean Min-seok “Keria” Ryu was named the MVP of the match for T1, which advanced to the grand final against Weibo Gaming on Nov. 19 at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.

T1 recorded a 25-minute win on blue before JD Gaming answered with a 38-minute win on blue to even the match. T1 responded with a 31-minute win on both blue and red to advance to the grand final.
