This past weekend, the Silver and Black Report – the companion radio show to this website – broadcast its first show on CBS Sports Radio 1140-AM in Las Vegas. The weekly show will be heard every Sunday from 8am-10am. It’s also streamed live on the Radio.com website and app.

The Silver and Black Report hit the airwaves for the first time this past weekend as our own Scott Gulbransen, Scott Winter and Matt Gutierrez hosted the first episode on Entercom’s CBS Sports Radio 1140-AM in Las Vegas.

Silver and Black Report hosts Scott Gulbransen, Scott Winter, and Matt Gutierrez. Listen every Sunday 8am-10am.

The weekly Raiders-focused radio show will combine news, analysis, and national and local guests all focused on Raider Nation.

The first show included an in-depth look at the coming NFL Draft with national draft expert Dane Brugler from NFL Draft Scout. Brugler zeroed in on his mock draft prediction for the Raiders through the first four rounds of next week’s amateur draft. He was high on Georgia linebacker Roquan Smith in the first, but didn’t feel Washington defensive star Vita Vea was the right choice for new coach Jon Gruden.

In the second hour, the team welcomed Las Vegas Stadium Authority board member Tommy White who gave Raider Nation and update on stadium construction. White said the project is moving at a more rapid pace with the team already reaching the 35-40 feet level below ground where they will pour the foundation of the $1.8 Billion stadium.

White also talked about the loss of Raiders quarterback, and native Las Vegan, David Humm. White grew close to Humm over the past few years and remembered him kindly.

The show runs live in Las Vegas every Sunday from 8am-10am on CBS Sports Radio 1140-AM, and can be streamed live anywhere in the world via the Radio.com app available for iPhone and Android.
