The New York Yankees activated first baseman Luke Voit off the 10-day injured list on Tuesday.

Voit, 30, has been sidelined since suffering a Grade 2 oblique strain on May 25 against the Toronto Blue Jays. He led the major leagues with 22 home runs in 2020, when he batted .277 with 52 RBIs in 56 games during the pandemic-shortened season.

After undergoing knee surgery in March, Voit made his season debut on May 11. In 12 games this season, Voit is batting .182 with one home run and three RBIs.

Voit is a career .269 hitter with 63 home runs and 171 RBIs in 295 career games with the St. Louis Cardinals (2017-18) and Yankees.

In other Yankees news, right-hander Darren O’Day (shoulder) and left-hander Justin Wilson (hamstring) began rehab assignments Tuesday with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
