Three Golden State Warriors stars have been hit with fines. The NBA has fined Draymond Green, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant over comments they made criticizing refs on the eve of the playoffs.
Shams Charania of The Athletic reports Green was slapped with a $35,000 fine. Curry received a $25,000 fine, while Durant received a $15,000 fine.
The trio was upset about how things went down at the end of their recent game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Then after the game, they took aim at official Marat Kogut over having called a foul on such a ridiculous play.
At the least, Warriors fans can rest easy knowing their team isn’t resting on its laurels heading into a potential three-peat.
