Washington Nationals fans are still not over franchise cornerstone Bryce Harper leaving for the division rival Philadelphia Phillies ahead of the 2019 season.

We saw some ugly things take place at Nationals Park when Harper returned to the scene of the crime during the regular season.

We can now add one epic troll job to the list. An unnamed Nationals fan sported this awesome Harper jersey in D.C. ahead of the Nationals’ NL Wild Card Game against the Milwaukee Brewers Tuesday night.

The level of petty is real here. It’s also so darn great. As has been noted multiple times in the past, Harper’s Phillies were eliminated from playoff contention with the team in Washington late last month.

It seems that Nationals fans still want Harper to know that they’re excited about his new squad missing the postseason.

Will Harper have the last laugh with Milwaukee beating his former team Tuesday evening? We’ll find out soon enough.
