The Minnesota Vikings were absolutely throttled by the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Divisional Playoffs Saturday afternoon, losing by the score of 27-10.
One player in particular took note of the blowout loss. That came in the form of New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas, whose team lost to Minnesota in the wild card round.
We’re not sure Thomas’ tweet makes too much sense. After all, his squad is not playing in the divisional round.
Even then, it was some friendly shade-throwing in the direction of a conference rival. We’ll likely see more of this from Saints players after they felt the officials screwed them last weekend.
