LOOK: Le’Veon Bell wears Steelers’ colors before game vs. old team

New York Jets running back Le’Veon Bell arrived at MetLife Stadium on Sunday in advance of his shot at redemption against his old team. Surprisingly, he did it in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ colors.

When Bell came through the tunnel at MetLife Stadium on his way to the team’s locker room, he was dressed in a yellow hoodie and black pants. The same colors he wore during his six years with the Steelers.

Sunday’s game against Pittsburgh will be Bell’s first shot at revenge against the team that he took dramatic actions toward in 2018. When Pittsburgh didn’t meet the star running back’s contract demands, he held out the entire season before becoming a free agent and signing with New York this past offseason.

Bell is clearly trying to send a message, perhaps that he loves to troll everyone, with his choice of outfit on Sunday. In what might be one of his final games wearing the Jets’ colors on the field, Bell decided to go for another set of colors before the game.
