Kids these days are using social media in brilliant ways to promote themselves, but this one tops the list.
A.J. Taylor, an All-American wide receiver, used a Monopoly board to announce his commitment to the university of Wisconsin for the class of 2016.
He received a bit of help from Randy Withers, publisher of KansasGridiron.com:
@aj_taylor2016 dad tells me Monopoly is a big thing in their family. BY FAR most unique way of announcing I've seen. pic.twitter.com/6KKeTEVI0O

4-star KCMO AJ Taylor Rockhurst ATH places Hotel Taylor on #Wisconsin, choosing #Badgers in BEST COMMITMENT CEREMONY EVER.

And here’s the man himself, using his Twitter account.

Taylor is a 4-star recruit out of Rockhurst High School in Kansas City, Mo. Scout.com ranks him as the No. 1 receiver out of Missouri and the No. 99 overall at his position nationally.
This is was a phenomenally creative way to make your announcement on a national stage. And nobody else can ever do it again. It’s as unique as a snowflake, and whether Taylor finds success in the field of play or not, he’ll always be remembered as the young man who used a Monopoly board to commit to Wisconsin.
