Report: Bills trade WR Zay Jones to the Raiders

Fresh off a surprising win against the Chicago Bears in London, the Oakland Raiders have added another receiving threat for Derek Carr.

According to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen, Oakland has acquired wide receiver Zay Jones from the Buffalo Bills in exchange for a fifth-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Jones, 24, was a second-round pick of the Bills back in 2017. He has not done much this season for the surprising team now that Buffalo has added veterans John Brown and Cole Beasley to the mix. Jones has caught just seven passes for 69 yards in five games.

However, the upside is real here. He put up 56 receptions for 652 yards and seven touchdowns as a sophomore last season.
