Ravens star rookie WR Marquise Brown may not play Sunday

After suffering an ankle injury in Week 5 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens rookie wide receiver Marquise Brown may now miss Sunday’s upcoming game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Speaking to reporters after Friday’s practice, head coach John Harbaugh indicated Brown will be a game-time decision for Sunday’s game.

While Brown played through the ankle injury against Pittsburgh, he was unable to practice this week with the team. If he can’t make it through drills before the game, he’ll likely be ruled out and that will open up more targets for receivers Miles Boykin and Willie Snead IV.

It would be a blow for Baltimore’s offense and quarterback Lamar Jackson to lose the team’s leading receiver. Brown led the team in receiving yards (326) and tied for the team led in targets (39) and touchdowns (three).
