Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper, like many of his peers around the NFL, took notice of Michael Thomas’ record-breaking contract extension.
Cooper, of course, is certainly hoping to match or exceed that deal on an extension with the ‘Boys.
On Thursday, he said he first heard of the deal on social media. When asked if he was following the deal on social media, he gave a great response that is at least partially laced with irony.
It’s funny because on the one hand, he says he got his information from social media, but on the other hand he says he doesn’t follow social media.
Pretty classic elite receiver ego, if you ask me. Also, Cooper’s statement is one Chuck Norris would 100% stand behind.
