Just over a year ago, Joe Thomas announced his retirement from the NFL. During the course of his incredible 11-year career, the 10-time Pro Bowler dominated the trenches and certainly looked the part, too, at 6-foot-6 and 312 pounds.

You can hardly recognize him after he shed what appears to be 100 pounds. Looking slim and cut up, the future Hall of Famer now looks more like a speedy tight end than an offensive tackle.
