Jacksonville Jaguars rookie running back Leonard Fournette was a surprise healthy inactive in Week 9. Right before Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals, the Jaguars deactivated Fournette for breaking a team rule.
By the tone of Fournette’s recent tweets, it would appear he had an issue with time keeping last week.
I was on time……🤦🏾♂️ pic.twitter.com/VEzViAQtS3

Fournette is now present and accounted for and ready for practice. He also issued this apology about having to sit last week’s game out.
Want to apologize to everyone for last week and make sure our stadium is pack this weekend and yes I️ will be there on time…. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

This is nothing but a standup response from Fournette as he takes accountability. Fortunately, the Jaguars had no problem winning without him present last week. The team earned its fifth win of the season by blowing out the Bengals 23-7.
If all goes according to plan and Fournette keeps an eye on his watch, he will face the Los Angeles Chargers this Sunday.
