The New York Yankees made the night of Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Trevor Bauer a short one in Game 4 of the ALDS. After he was knocked out of the game, they they had fun with the opposing pitcher via their Twitter account.
Ahh, now we get the Bauer OUTage thing. 👎🤔 pic.twitter.com/xrSmZ8v2Nq

Bauer lasted only 1.2 innings. He allowed four runs (though none were earned) on four hits with two walks. That staked the Yankees with an early 4-0 lead in a must-win game.
Of course, New York found out in Game 2 that early leads — even big ones — can be lost. If the Indians can put some rallies together, the Yankees’ trolling may come back to bite them. But for now, we can’t blame them for having some fun.
