We all understand that players competing at the highest level sometimes succumb to their emotions and make rash decisions. Sometimes they go way over the line of propriety during those moments. That was certainly the case when New Orleans Privateers forward Travin Thibodeaux choked teammate Christavious Gill in their First Four matchup against the Mount St. Mary’s Mountaineers.

The two players were in a heated argument when the choke occurred. Gill had sort of thrown a half-hearted swing Thibodeaux’s way, then the big man really just appeared to see red and went for the choke.

Thankfully his coaches and teammates were there to intervene, or this situation could have gotten much uglier.
