The Los Angeles Clippers rebounded in a big way Sunday night in San Antonio, stealing away home-court advantage in an impressive 114-105 win over the Spurs.

Doc Rivers’ squad came into Game 4 reeling after a disastrous 27-point loss to Tim Duncan and company on Friday night. Showing a ton of grit, the Clippers played extremely well throughout the game on Sunday evening.

Coming off the worst performance of his career, Chris Paul completely outplayed Tony Parker to the tune of 34 points and seven assists on 11-of-19 shooting. The big guys—Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan—combined for 26 points and 33 rebounds in the impressive victory. Meanwhile, Austin Rivers came out of nowhere to add 16 points in 17 minutes off the bench.

Maintaining a lead throughout the game, the Clippers were able to fend off every comeback the defending champs threw at them.

As it relates to the Spurs, lackluster three-point and free-throw shooting did them in. The club shot just 6-of-25 from beyond the arc and missed 10 from the charity stripe.

Tim Duncan, who fouled out of the game, had yet another strong outing. He scored 22 points and added 14 rebounds. The team’s best player right now, Kawhi Leonard, added 26 points, seven boards and five assists.

By virtue of winning Game 4, the Clippers now control home-court in the series. With two of the last three at home, Los Angeles just needs to take care of business in Southern California to move on to the Western Conference Semifinals.
