The New England Patriots will be without running back Jonas Gray for Super Bowl XLIX, as he is inactive for the biggest game of his career. The other six inactive players are as follows:

OL Jordan Devey
RB James White
The biggest name on the list is Gray, who played little this season outside a superb 200-yard rushing performance in a Week 11 dismantling of the Indianapolis Colts. He carried 89 times for 412 yards (4.6 yards per carry) in 2014 but played in only a handful of snaps in the postseason since LeGarrette Blount took over as the main option in the backfield.
None of the other names on the list are a surprise. Defensive linemen Zach Moore and Joe Vellano are fill-ins and saw little on-field time this season, though Vellano did play as recently as the AFC title game against the Colts.
