Jimmy Graham’s Thoughts On NFL Banning Goalpost Dunks

What else can the NFL do to take more fun out of touchdown celebrations? I’m sure they’ll think of something, but for now, they’ve banned goalpost dunks. Apparently they don’t like having to adjust the post after a 6′-7″ 270 pound tight end takes a flying jump onto one. Yes, that would be Jimmy Graham and his attitude is clear on this boring decision.

It looks like Graham may have deleted his original tweet, but that didn’t stop it from being retweeted.

Along with Graham racking up a bunch of penalties, would have been former Atlanta Falcons tight end, Tony Gonzalez, who was known for bending up some posts in his day.

What’s next? Will the NFL put the kibosh on the Green Bay Packers celebrating their touchdowns by jumping into the goal line fans’ laps? Perhaps they’ll stop the celebratory dances, Cam Newton’s Superman pose, or Colin Kaepernick stealing the Superman. I think the ban is silly, how about you?
