It must be nice to be able to look $13 million squarely in the eye and walk away from it. That’s exactly what Boston Red Sox pitcher Ryan Dempster did on Sunday when he indicate that he will sit out the entire 2014 season. This, however, does give Boston a nice amount of money to work with.
