Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Carlos Dunlap has launched a campaign to help end bullying. He plans to take his efforts not only to the streets of Cincinnati, but to each AFC North city he travels to this season, according to Patrick Judis of Cincy Jungle.
Dunlap began his campaign when visited with the Boys and Girls Club in Cincinnati. Per the report, Dunlap is leaving it to his fans to vote on which facility he will next visit on his campaign. He’ll target a location in Cleveland, Ohio on September 30th.
Dunlap already is the founder of thecarlosdunlapfoundation.org, which is an organization that helps youth attain their goals.
It sure is nice to report on stories that involve athletes helping to improve the quality of life for others. We commend Dunlap for his dedication to help put an end to bullying, which is a serious issue in today’s world.
