Redskins fan trolls Bruce Allen about ‘Kurt’ Cousins

Bruce Allen Washington Redskins president at training camp

Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins recently said he wasn’t bothered by the fact that team president Bruce Allen routinely calls him “Kurt,” according to The Washington Post.

Apparently, a loyal fan doesn’t share Cousins’ sentiment.

It’s cool that this fan has his quarterback’s back.

Per the report, Cousins said he has been referred to as “Kurt” all his life. But we would like to think Allen could get his quarterback’s name correct.

Perhaps Cousins won’t have to put up with being called the wrong name past the 2017 season. He and his current team did not come to an agreement on a long-term contract before the July 17 deadline. And both Cousins and former coordinator, Kyle Shanahan, have hinted at a reunion next year in San Francisco.

We can bet Shanahan and 49ers general manager John Lynch won’t foul up Cousins’ name should the two work together in the future.
