Mark Sanchez spots hilarious mistake on Broncos’ program

Mark Sanchez has a pretty good idea about who he is and what he looks like. Therefore it must have come as a shock when he saw a face other than his own above his name on the Denver Broncos’ program for Saturday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Always a good sport, he took the mistake in stride and posted a picture to his Instagram account.

Apparently, it’s preseason for everyone, including the folks who make these programs.

Sanchez wasn’t the only man to have suffered a case of mistaken identity, either. Punter Riley Dixon was also dealt the same hand, as both of them were issued the photograph of kicker Brandon McManus.

Sanchez is locked into a three-way quarterback competition with Trevor Siemian and rookie Paxton Lynch, who were both accurately represented here. Thankfully, especially in light of a report that indicates his roster spot isn’t safe (read more here), he doesn’t appear to be reading too much into this faux pas.
