Raiders sign cornerback David Long Jr.

The Las Vegas Raiders signed free agent cornerback David Long Jr. to a contract on Wednesday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed by the team, however TheScore.com reported it was a one-year contract.

Long, 25, had 21 tackles in 12 games (four starts) with the Los Angeles Rams last season.

He has totaled 77 tackles and one interception in 52 games (10 starts) since being selected by the Rams in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft. The Los Angeles native also had 12 tackles and an interception returned for a touchdown in four playoff games with the Rams.
