The relationship includes Facebook confirming the games will be available on Apple TV and “will focus on video playback with personalization features.” They will stream one game per week this season starting this Friday when the Cincinnati Reds take on the Colorado Rockies.
Twitter also established a relationship with MLB in April when they debuted free streaming. The games are available to an international market and streamed every Friday as well with certain limitations.
MLB.tv still hosts one free daily game on its site so there are suggestions to start with that outlet before depending on these social media sites.
