New York Jets linebacker Avery Williamson is on injured reserve after tearing his ACL this past summer, but he clearly wishes he could play Thursday night against the Baltimore Ravens.
Just minutes before kickoff, Williamson tweeted out a hilarious picture of himself fully suited up in his Jets uniform while sitting in a packed New York subway car.
Yeah, I think this guy’s ready to get back into it next season.
Williamson was set to be one of the key defenders for the Jets this season after having a monster 2018 season. Unfortunately, his knee injury cost him the 2019 campaign.
