The 2024 NBA All-Star game is almost upon us, which means it’s nearly time for the East and the West to face off. The game will take place on Feb. 18 in Indianapolis in the Indiana Pacers home arena. Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks is the captain of the East team and LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers is the captain of the West team.
There will be plenty of other fun events to watch throughout the weekend, including the slam dunk contest. Events will air on a few different channels, and basketball fans won’t want to miss a second of the action. Ahead, find out how to watch the NBA All-Star game without cable and see how you can make sure not to miss any of the events of the whole weekend.

Watch the NBA All-Star Game on DIRECTV STREAM
DIRECTV STREAM also offers all the channels you need for NBA All-Star weekend. There are four plans to choose from starting at $99.99 per month: Entertainment, Choice, Ultimate, and Premier. As long as you choose Choice, Ultimate, or Premier, you have all your channels (and plenty more!). TNT, ESPN, ESPN2, and NBA TV are all included in the top three plans, but NBA TV is not included in the Entertainment plan.
Entertainment costs $99.99 per month for 75+ channels, Choice costs $108.99 per month for 105+ channels, Ultimate costs $119.99 per month for 140+ channels, and Premier costs $164.99 per month for 150+ channels. The top-tier plans will also get sports fans a selection of regional sports networks and plenty of other sports channels to enjoy, as well as unlimited DVR. You can check it out with a free trial.
Watch the NBA All-Star Game on Fubo
Fubo includes a ton of channels, but it’s not the best option for NBA All-Star weekend. In fact, you won’t even be able to watch the game with Fubo, but you can watch most of the other festivities from the weekend. Fubo doesn’t include TNT, though, which is where the game itself is airing. ESPN and ESPN2 are available, and NBA TV is available in the higher-tier plans.
Fubo offers three plans for customers to pick from starting at $79.99. Pro includes 170+ channels for $79.99, Elite includes 240+ channels for $89.99. Premier includes 250+ channels for $99.99. NBA TV is available in Elite and Premier. You also get 1,000 hours of cloud DVR. You can experience everything Fubo has to offer with a free trial.
Watch the NBA All-Star Game on Hulu + Live TV
Though Hulu + Live TV doesn’t include NBA TV, it does include TNT, ESPN, and ESPN2. You’ll get these three channels with both of the Hulu + Live TV plans. Subscribers can choose from Hulu + Live TV for $76.99 per month or Hulu (No Ads) + Live TV for $89.99 per month. Each plan includes the same 85+ channels.
Beyond the channels for All-Star weekend, customers will get news, sports, movie channels, and more. Plus, Hulu’s on-demand library is available to subscribers, in addition to ESPN Plus and Disney Plus, both of which are included in a Hulu + Live TV subscription. This is an especially unique offering and provides quite a bit of content for the price.
Watch the NBA All-Star Game on Sling TV
You can catch all of the events of All-Star weekend on Sling TV if you get Sling Orange & Blue and the Sports Extra add-on. Sling Orange & Blue starts $55 per month for 40+ channels and the Sports Extra add-on is $11 per month. You could get Sling Orange and Sling Blue separately for $40 each (in some markets), but it won’t get you all the channels you need. Sling Orange includes 30+ channels and Sling Blue includes 40+ channels. The combo plan includes all the channels.
Sling Orange & Blue includes TNT, ESPN, and ESPN2, and the Sports Extra add-on includes NBA TV. If you’re on a budget, this is the most cost-efficient way to still enjoy your favorite teams and games. If you can live without the premium channels, you can even ditch the add-on for an even cheaper monthly cost.
Watch the NBA All-Star Game on YouTube TV
YouTube TV is the only streaming service that offers all four channels required to watch all of NBA All-Star weekend — no upgrades or add-ons required. YouTube TV’s base plan is $72.99 per month and includes 100+ channels and unlimited cloud DVR.
It’s a great TV for sports fans because not only are you getting plenty of sports channels, but you get enhanced sports features like Key Plays View and Stats View, which give you more in-depth looks at what’s happening during the games. It’s a unique feature you won’t see with other streamers. You can check these features out with a YouTube TV free trial.
