This article will focus on the best value play at each position using DraftKings’ pricing for the Sunday 1 p.m. slate. We will provide one cheap option at every position based on matchups and game theory from top to bottom. Now that we’ve done the housekeeping, let’s get into Week 12.

Quarterback: Gardner Minshew II, Indianapolis Colts ($5,100)

NFL: Frankfurt Games-Indianapolis Colts at New England Patriots

The Colts’ offense was held to 10 points last week, but Minshew has a good matchup this week against the Buccaneers’ 32nd-ranked defense against the QB position. This game could be back-and-forth and have some fantasy goodness on both sides. Minshew can be stacked with his top two WRs in Michael Pittman and Josh Downs.

Running Back: Najee Harris, Pittsburgh Steelers ($4,900)

NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers at Cleveland Browns

Jaylen Warren has all the production, but Harris is still leading the Steelers’ backfield in touches. I like one of them this week as a value play against the Bengals’ 31st-ranked defense against the RB position. You can play both, but Harris is still my preference as he should get the volume to take advantage of a good matchup.

Wide Receiver: Christian Kirk, Jacksonville Jaguars ($5,700)

Syndication: Florida Times-Union

Kirk has been up and down this season. Last week, he was down while the rest of the Jaguars’ offense exploded, so this week, he should be up. He also has a great matchup this week against the Texans’ 25th-ranked defense against the WR position.

Tight End: Tanner Hudson, Cincinnati Bengals ($2,700)

Syndication: The Enquirer

Hudson is averaging more than eight fantasy points per game over the last three games. This week, he has a great matchup against the Steelers’ defense, which has allowed over 11 fantasy points per game to the TE position over the last four games. Don’t expect too much, but at $2,700 he’s worth a shot to help stack the rest of your lineup.

Defense: Houston Texans ($2,600)

NFL: Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Houston Texans

In Week 3, the Texans’ defense had 13 fantasy points against the Jaguars. They are a value play this week on the road in Jacksonville, although they do come with risk as the Jaguars’ offense is coming off a great performance.
