During the second quarter of Saturday’s big SEC clash between LSU and Mississippi State, Tigers tight end Racey McMath was left all by his lonesome as he streaked downfield.
Literally nobody covered the former receiver turned tight end. It was the easiest throw Joe Burrow had to make all season as he connected with McMath on a 60-yard score.
This too-easy touchdown occurred right after the Bulldogs had pulled to within two points on an impressive touchdown-scoring drive. It gave the Tigers a 15-7 lead and momentarily silenced the pro-Bulldogs crowd in Starkville.
