Eric Ebron baffled at why Lions keep losing
The Detroit Lions are one of only four teams who stand at 0-3 after losing at home to the Denver Broncos 24-12.
Even though they lost again, second year tight end Eric Ebron cannot believe it considering how “great” they are:
“I mean, I’m surprised, yeah, because of the players and how great we are, how good we look every day,” he said (via Detroit Free Press). “So I’m really surprised.”
At least we should give credit to Ebron for keeping the faith. However, much to his dismay, the Lions were awful in Sunday’s game. Their offense managed only 28 rushing yards and Matthew Stafford completed 31 of 45 passes for 282 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions, achieving a 33.5 quarterback rating.
The Lions are going to really have to work on that “great” status to attempt to pull off a win against the Seattle Seahawks on the road in Week 4.
