WATCH: Brandin Cooks finally gets revenge against Saints

Two years after the New Orleans Saints traded him away, rather than give him a contract extension, wide receiver Brandin Cooks finally got revenge on Sunday.

Cooks started things off with a big play for the Los Angeles Rams at the end of the first quarter. He broke free in coverage and quarterback Jared Goff dropped a dime into his hands for a 48-yard reception.

Four plays later and now in the red zone, Cooks separated from coverage in the end zone and hauled in the game-tying touchdown.

Cooks was denied his first shot at revenge against the Saints in 2017 with the New England Patriots. This time around, Goff and Sean McVay made sure he had his big moment in New Orleans.
