Las Vegas Raiders owner hilariously caught on video raging after disappointing drive in Week 5

It has been a rough season for the Las Vegas Raiders, so it shouldn’t be much of a surprise that the team’s owner was again caught on video lashing out in frustration over the team’s current situation.

Heading into their Week 5 clash on Monday Night Football, the Las Vegas Raiders were hoping to stop what seemed like a season that was spiraling out of control. The team had lost three straight, their expensive offense hadn’t been good, star players had publicly aired their frustrations, and Chandler Jones had been a notable headache for the franchise all on his own.

While it surely wasn’t pretty, and they were helped out by a terrible performance from Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love, Las Vegas finally ended their skid and posted a 17-13 win on Monday night. Yet, the road to their second victory didn’t come easily and Jimmy Garoppolo and the offense were mediocre again in Week 5.

Las Vegas Raiders record: 2-3

One particular instance of average play created a funny moment on Monday night. With the Raiders leading 7-3 with a couple of minutes left before halftime. After getting the ball to the Packers’ 8-yard line, head coach Josh McDaniels did not seem too confident in Garoppolo’s chances of getting a first down or touchdown on a fourth down and instead chose to kick a field goal. A rare decision in today’s game when so close to the end zone.

Well, after the successful kick, Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis was caught on video looking quite perturbed. Davis could be seen clearly yelling, “What an ass****.” However, it is unclear who the sharp comment was meant for.

Possibly Garoppolo for being halfway through another average at best performance. Maybe it was meant for McDaniels and his conservative decision. It could have even been for a fan inside Allegiant Stadium and not meant for one of his employees. In the end, we will probably never know.

Nevertheless, it was a hilarious moment that only came a week after he was caught on video arguing with unhappy silver-and-black fans at the team’s Week 4 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.
