Gervonta Davis will reportedly serve the remainder of his sentence in prison for a hit-and-run that injured multiple people after recently violating his house arrest.
Davis, age 28, was indicted for an incident in November 2020 when he allegedly ran a red light in his Lamborghini SUV and struck another vehicle. Following the crash, which left four people hospitalized, Davis allegedly fled the scene in a Camaro that picked him up on-scene.

In May, Baltimore circuit court judge Althea M Handy sentenced Davis to a 90-day home detention and three years probation. He was also required to complete 200 hours of community service.
According to Justin Fenton of Baltimore Banner, Davis was taken into custody at Baltimore Central Booking on Thursday with the sheriff’s department confirming he was taken into custody following a hearing.
Davis’ attorney Michael Tomko told the Baltimore Banner that there was an “impromptu hearing” held at 5 p.m.m, where Davis was ordered to served the remainder of his sentence in jail.

The 5-foot-5 boxer does have a history of legal issues. A Baltimore native, an arrest warrant was issued for Davis in 2017 after he was accused of first-degree aggravated assault. However, the charges were later dropped.
Davis was also arrested in September 2018 in Washington D.C. first his involvement in a fight. He was also charged with simple battery/domestic violence for allegedly grabbing his former girlfriend by the shirt and dragging her to another room.
In December 2022, just days away from a fight against éctor Garcia, Davis was arrested and charged with battery domestic violence. The woman later recanted her accusations.
