The deal is for just one year and for $14 million according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Jeffery reportedly turned down a multi-year with the Vikings but wanted to bet on himself long term with the Eagles and young Carson Wentz.

This is the latest moves in creating what seems to be a completely revamped receiving corps in Philadelphia. The Eagles had one of the worst groups of receivers last season, as tight end Zach Ertz led the team in receiving yards with a mere 816.
However, after signing Jeffrey and Torrey SmithĀ (more on that here), things look brighter for Wentz as the Eagles’ receiving corps suddenly looks formidable.
Jeffrey caught 52 balls last season for 821 yards in just 12 games. Though questions remain about Jeffrey’s ability to stay on the fieldĀ — it’s been two years since he played 16 games — Jeffrey will quickly become a star in Philadelphia if he remains healthy.
