The 22-year-old brother of Kansas City Chiefs superstar Patrick Mahomes is in serious trouble with authorities in Johnson County, Kansas after a video leaked of him sexually assaulting a woman.
Patrick Mahomes and his family are on a high after the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback led his team to a second Super Bowl title in four seasons in February. It was an evening that further solidified the 27-year-old’s place as one of the faces of the most popular sport in America. However, a dark cloud was placed over the family on Wednesday.

Kansas City outlet KMBC News was one of the first to report that Patrick Mahomes’ younger brother Jackson was arrested on Tuesday on multiple charges stemming from an incident that occurred in an Overland Park Restaurant on February 25th.
The 22-year-old was taken into custody by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office this morning after being charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of battery. The arrest came after accusations and a leaked video of the apparent incident.
In the video, which can be seen above, Jackson Mahomes can be seen grabbing an unidentified woman by the throat on more than one occasion and forcing her to kiss him. The second time he forced himself on the woman, she can be seen aggressively pushing him away.
Patrick Mahomes’ brother is reportedly being held on a $100,000 bond.
In Kansas, aggravated sexual battery is a level five felony punishable by a maximum fine of $300,000 and a prison sentence of up to 43 months. While a battery charge in the state is a Class B misdemeanor and can lead to up to six months in jail and a $1,500 fine.
