Jason Garrett laid down the law Sunday during a Dallas Cowboys training camp practice, kicking out Noah Brown and Kyle Wilber after a fight ensued.
Todd Archer of ESPN reported this scrum wasn’t the first of training camp, noting, “On Thursday the offensive and defensive lines got into a number of scrims that interrupted drills.”
The reason for the fight is that Wilber beat Rico Geathers during a one-on-one drill, and Geathers apparently didn’t react well. However, it appeared he was able to get out of this with the last laugh, as in the aftermath of the event that triggered the scrum, Wilber got into it with rookie receiver Noah Brown out of Ohio State.
Here is some video of the exchange.

It’s not surprising that Garrett put his foot down. Aside from the general high emotion and the fights you expect from NFL training camps, Dallas has been dealing with quite a bit of off-field stuff that likely has the coach a bit more fired up than usual.
